General

How can I view My Cyberwall before I buy a membership?

There are certain modules in the Get Smart, Live Life and Save Your Planet sections which you can view before you purchase a membership. These modules have a coloured bullet next to them. Modules that do not have a coloured bullet next to them are only accessible once you have purchased a membership. The Widget Wall and Play section will only be accessible once you have purchased a membership.

If you are a school and would like a free trial, please send an email to info@mycyberwall.co.za with your school's details.

How will I know if I reach a 'Members Only' page?

If you try to access a module which is inaccessible without a paid membership, i.e. for members only, you will be directed to the membership sign-up page, where you can purchase a membership in a few easy steps.

Will I be able to access information for all grades once I have purchased a membership?

Yes, you will have full access to the My Cyberwall website. My Cyberwall does not restrict users to only one grade.  There are a few modules in the Get Smart section which contain content that might only be suitable for older grades and these are only accessible in the parent and teacher (not child) accounts.

How do I purchase a membership?

You can purchase a membership from the home page by clicking the blue 'Sign Up' button on the 'Buy Membership' block on the front of the site, or by clicking the 'Sign Up' button on the top right of the page of any of the inaccessible modules.

Where will I be able to access My Cyberwall?

If you purchase an individual or family membership, you will be able to access My Cyberwall anytime, anywhere, as long as you are on a computer or a device that is connected to the internet.
